Those two items are: the Iris Of Grace, and theIris Of Occultation. To get there, fast travel to the “Specimen Storehouse, First Floor"Site Of Grace, then go left around the table and turn left into the room with the Shadow Undead. Head straight through to the next room and descend the elevator into the Living Jar hall.Once at the bottom of the elevator, take the first right and proceed all the way to the end of the corridor. Then turn left and head down the stairs into the main hall area. In the main hall, turn left and kill the Condemned (the jarless flesh creature) at the end. You can access this Site Of Grace again from the Church District - make sure you’ve turned the wheel to un-flood the area, and then drop down into the chapel floor with all the Burning Putrid Corpses.Go to the far end of the chapel where the two staircases go left and right around a doorway. Open the door, head down the elevator, and follow the path until you reach a large statue of Marika across a bridge. #1: Living Jar hall

The Living Jar hall is located beneath the Specimen Storehouse in the Shadow Keep. #2: Tree-Worship Passage

The other Iris Of Grace is found in the Tree-Worship Passage below the Shadow Keep. You can access this Site Of Grace again from the Church District - make sure you’ve turned the wheel to un-flood the area, and then drop down into the chapel floor with all the Burning Putrid Corpses.

Go to the far end of the chapel where the two staircases go left and right around a doorway. Open the door, head down the elevator, and follow the path until you reach a large statue of Marika across a bridge. At the base of the statue you can loot the final Iris Of Grace.

How to use the Iris Of Grace

There are three ways to use the Iris Of Grace:

Istronglyrecommend that you do not use an Iris Of Grace to activate your Great Rune. Doing so will use up the Iris Of Grace forever.

Instead, you should keep hold of your Iris Of Grace items at least until you’ve used them for their other two purposes: to gain end-of-quest rewards fromFire Knight Queelignand Swordhand Of Night Jolán. The player in Elden Ring: Shadow Of The Erdtree tries out the Sword Of Night skill on a bridge, with bands of darkness flying all around them as a result of the skill.

So to put it simply: using an Iris Of Grace on either of these NPCs will give you aSpirit Ashversion of them that you can use during fights. However, doing so will prevent you from using the Iris Of Occultation to receive their mainweapon. It’s also worth noting that using an Iris Of Grace on either Queelign or Jolán willnotuse up the Iris, so you can feel free to use one on both characters.
